Residential Mold Testing
Residential Mold Testing Across Denver & the Front Range
Certified, independent mold testing for homeowners, buyers, sellers, and renters who just want a straight answer about what is actually in their house.
Why Homeowners Call Us
You Deserve an Honest Answer, Not a Sales Pitch
A lot of mold companies test and remediate under the same roof, which means the company checking your house has a financial reason to find a problem. We only test. That is the whole business. It means what we hand you back is an honest read on your home, whether you are worried about a musty basement, dealing with old water damage, buying a new house, or just want peace of mind before you sign a lease.
Who We Help
Residential Testing, Whatever Brought You Here
Homebuyers
Know what you are buying before you close, especially on older Front Range homes with crawl spaces.
Home Sellers
Get ahead of a buyer’s inspection with your own independent report in hand.
Renters & Landlords
Settle a dispute over a musty unit or a water leak with facts instead of guesswork.
Water Damage Follow-Up
Confirm a past leak or flood was fully dried out and did not leave mold behind.
Health Concerns
Rule mold in or out when allergy-like symptoms only show up at home.
Peace of Mind
Sometimes you just want to stop wondering. A test gives you a real answer.
How It Works
What Happens When You Call
- You call and describe what is going on. We schedule a visit that fits your timeline.
- A certified inspector walks the property and inspects the areas of concern.
- Air and surface samples are collected where they are actually needed.
- Samples go to an independent lab for analysis.
- You get a plain-language report with results you can actually use.

If We Find Something
What Happens If Mold Is Found
A positive result is not the end of the world. It is information, and information is exactly what you came to us for. Your report will tell you what type of sampling was done, what the lab found, and where. From there, the decision about how to handle remediation is entirely yours.
Because we do not perform remediation ourselves, we have no financial reason to steer you toward a bigger job than you actually need. We recommend getting more than one quote from a remediation company and using our report as the independent baseline both you and any contractor can work from. If you want a follow-up test after remediation is complete, we can do that too, giving you a clear before-and-after picture instead of just taking a contractor’s word for it.
Sampling Methods
- Air sampling to check for elevated spore counts in living spaces
- Surface sampling on visible growth or suspect areas
- Moisture readings to identify hidden sources feeding a problem
