Certified Mold Testing for Denver & Colorado's Front Range
Residential and commercial mold testing from IAC2 and InterNACHI certified inspectors. We test. We never remediate. That means the report you get back has no reason to oversell you.
The Problem
Mold Doesn't Wait for a Convenient Time to Show Up
Maybe it's a musty smell in the basement that won't go away. Maybe your realtor flagged a stain behind the water heater. Maybe you're just closing on a house and want to know what you're actually buying before you sign. Whatever brought you here, the real fear underneath it is always the same one: not knowing what's actually growing in the walls, and not knowing who to trust to tell you the truth about it.
How We Help
Independent Testing You Can Actually Trust
Certified Inspectors
IAC2 and InterNACHI certified, trained specifically in mold assessment methods.
No Conflict of Interest
We test. We do not remediate. Nothing we find gets upsold into a repair job.
Plain Language Reports
A report you can actually read and hand to your realtor, landlord, or contractor.
Front Range Wide
Serving Denver and communities across the Front Range, from Fort Collins to Colorado Springs.
Local Knowledge
Built for Colorado's Climate and Construction
Front Range homes get mold in ways that generic testing companies miss. Swamp coolers run hard through our dry summers, and when ductwork has a low spot or poor ventilation, condensation collects right where nobody looks. Add in decades of homes built during Denver's 1950s through 1970s growth, many with pier-and-beam crawl spaces where moisture settles on floor joists, and you've got hiding spots that are specific to this region, not a generic mold-101 checklist.
We test with that local reality in mind, not a one-size-fits-all approach borrowed from a different climate.

Common Questions
Before You Call, You Probably Want to Know
Do you also remove mold if you find it?
No. We only test and inspect. That is intentional: a company that profits from remediation has a built-in incentive to find more problems than you actually have. We hand you an independent report, and you decide who fixes anything, with no pressure from us either way.
How long does mold testing take?
The on-site inspection itself is typically a single visit. Lab analysis on any samples collected adds a short turnaround on top of that, and we will give you a clear timeframe before we leave your property.
What areas do you serve?
We serve homes and businesses across the Denver metro area and the Front Range, including Golden, Aurora, Boulder, Arvada, Broomfield, Centennial, Parker, Westminster, Longmont, Castle Rock, Breckenridge, Fort Collins, and Colorado Springs. See our full service area for details.
What are the signs I might have a mold problem?
A persistent musty odor, visible discoloration on walls or ceilings, recent water damage that was not fully dried out, or unexplained allergy-like symptoms that ease up when you leave the house are all common reasons people call us. If in doubt, testing is the only way to actually know.
